Percy was the ideal person to have supporting an engineering organization in the field. He was able to deal with the ambiguity of functionality that comes with a maturing product line and keep his focus on customer success. When he did contact the engineering organization you knew it was important, as any other problem he would have made disappear on his own. His input for enhancements and feature improvement was always well thought out and led to substantial improvements.
