I worked with Percy on the implementation Lab repository and the Design and Implementation of the DI Repository and Regional Integration Engine for Alberta Health Services (formally the Calgary Regional Health Authority). During these projects, Percy acted as the Architect and Technical Lead, where he demonstrated incredible leadership skills, while going to great efforts to ensure that we were working in a fun team environment. During these projects, Percy also provided a great deal of mentoring to each team member. I learned a lot from Percy and considered the experience invaluable to my own career development. If given the opportunity, I would gladly work with Percy again.
